Power outages reported in Buffalo metro area

Nine power outages are being reported by National Grid as the Buffalo metro area experiences the beginning of its first major snowstorm of the season.

Nearly 1900 customers are without power at locations in the City of Buffalo's West Side, Elmwood Village, and Black Rock neighborhoods, as well as the Town of West Seneca.
