The Buffalo area is bracing for some mixed precipitation in the coming days.
The National Weather Service says a wintry mix of snow, sleet, freezing rain and rain will move through the region late Monday through early Tuesday. The precipitation will begin as snow Monday afternoon before changing to sleet and freezing rain as temperatures begin to rise and then all rain by Tuesday.
For now, the weather service has not issued any watches or advisories.
A steady rain was falling early Sunday morning. Forecasters say the rain should subside to just showers for the Buffalo Bills game at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
