Delaware North is settling into its new world headquarters in Buffalo's Entertainment District.
The company's 350 local employees began moving in to the 12-story glass walled building at Delaware Ave. and W. Chippewa St. in November.
Lou Jacobs, Delaware North's co-CEO, says the move is exciting, especially with the company marking its 100th anniversary this year.
"It was never a question of leaving the city. It was just a question of where in the city. And that sort of prominent location to us is terrific because for the first time the company sort of got a high profile in this city and our name on the side of a big building. So it's exciting for us," Jacobs said.
Along with Class A office space, the building will also contain a hospitality training facility, a 120-room Westin Hotel, parking for about 600 vehicles and retail space.
Delaware North is a global leader in hospitality and food service and employs about 55,000 associates worldwide.
