Its been 10 days since the tragic campus shooting that left nine people dead at Oregon's Umpqua Community College and SUNY campuses are rethinking if their planned emergency tactics are sustainable.

New York State's 29 SUNY schools have their own  armed forces which plan and practice emergency situations like active shooters. SUNY takes advice from authorities such as the Justice Department but leaves planning specifics to individual campuses. President of United University Professions says its hard to gage whether plans are enough because they vary with each campus.
