The Chautauqua County Emergency Management Office has issued an evacuation warning to residents around Silver Creek. Anyone living near a flood-prone area of the creek are being told to evacuate. A flood watch has been issued for all of Western New York until Sunday morning, though authorities are saying that any possible flooding is not expected to exceed normal condition for this time of year.
County and city crews are monitoring area waterways.
