A deadly shooting took place early this morning in Niagara Falls. Police report that a 29-year-old male victim took two bullets in the back while attending a private party at 3M's bar on Highland Avenue. The victim was transported to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
The identity of the deceased has not been released as family has yet to be notified.
