An aging warehouse near downtown Buffalo could find a new use. On WBFO's Press Pass, Jim Fink of Business First discusses a proposal that could transform the former A&P Warehouse located near Larkinville.
A firm based in Cincinnati is looking to invest over $26 million into the structure. Jim Fink says it's another positive sign for the local economy when an out-of-town group seeks to develop projects in the area.
The same can be said for the Summit Park Mall location in Wheatfield where a Toronto-based investor is spending big dollars to revitalize the neglected complex.
In Niagara Falls, Fink also sees another positive development where Buffalo's Mark Hamister wants to spend $35 million to build a new hotel.
