New charges are being filed against a Wyoming County man who already faces a charge in the death of his daughter. Jeremy Ikeler faces a sexual misconduct charge in the first degree for having inappropriate and repeated contact with a child under 13 years of age. The 35-year-old Ikeler and his wife are already facing a criminally negligent homicide charge connected with the death of their 15-year-old daughter. The girl was not being treated properly for an existing condition when she suffered a seizure.
Ikeler is being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.
