A Buffalo boater has been arrested for selling cocaine from his watercraft. Buffalo Police nabbed 32-year-old Melvin Ward for violating a speed restriction within 100 feet of the shore. Authorities discovered 18 bags of coke on the boat. Ward is awaiting arraignment at the Erie County Holding Center.
Six other people were also arrested in the case and are facing a variety of charges.
