Milstein may have interest in buying the Bills

Add real estate developer Howard Milstein to the list of those interested in purchasing the Buffalo Bills. Two people familiar with discussions have told the Associated Press of Milstein's interest in the team.

A former owner of the New York islanders, Milstein unsuccessfully sought ownership in the NFL's Washington Redskins in 1999.

With the support of Governor Cuomo, he was named as the Chairman of the New York State Thruway Authority.

Milstein also owns large plots of undeveloped land in Niagara Falls. The committee exploring a new stadium for the Buffalo Bills has reportedly considered Niagara Falls as a possible location for the stadium.

Others who have reportedly expressed an interest in purchasing the team are Donald Trump, Jeremy Jacobs and Hall-of-Fame quarterback Jim Kelly.
