State Senator Mark Grisanti has gained support for his re-election from factions of his party faithful. The North District and the Niagara District Republican Committees have both endorsed Grisanti in his campaign. Among the issues that the committees mentioned in their decision was what they referred to as Grisanti's strong record of fiscal conservatism.
The Senator could be facing a GOP primary run against attorney Kevin Stocker and County Legislator Kevin Hardwick.
