Buffalo Police are asking for the public's help as they investigate two separate shooting deaths from Saturday morning.

Police say 18-year-old Sylvester Buttrom of Buffalo died Sunday at Erie County Medical Center from wounds suffered from a shooting on Lonsdale Road. A second, unidentified victim remains in critical condition at ECMC.

Police have released the name of a man who was shot to death while sitting in car on Oakmont Avenue early Saturday. Investigators say 42-year-old Carl Robinson was killed and a passenger, 32-year-old Jeremy  Godwin, was injured during the shooting. Godwin was treated and released at ECMC.

Investigators are asking anyone with information to call or text the Confidential TIPCALL Line at 847-2255.
