A two car crash in Batavia on Friday morning has injured 7 people. Police issued a ticket to 45-year-old Batavia resident Michael Sanders for failing to yield the right of way. The crash sent an SUV onto a nearby sidewalk where two pedestrians were struck. Both pedestrians and three occupants of the vehicles were sent to area hospitals for treatment. None of the injuries were reported to be life-threatening.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Oak Street and Richmond Avenue.
