The Catholic Diocese of Buffalo is one of a number of Diocese contacting parishoners about alleged misconduct by a priest. Father Michael Kolodziej, a sixty-nine-year-old Franciscan Friar, is being investigated for possible sexual abuse of a Baltimore area high school student four decades ago. Kolodziej was ordained as a priest in Buffalo in 1970 and spent various terms in the region with positions at Bishop Turner, St. Francis and Cardinal O'Hara High Schools and Villa Maria College.
