A Grand Island woman is facing multiple drug-related charges after a traffic stop by Erie County Sheriffs deputies. Law enforcement officers learned that 29-year-old Kristyn Dowd was wanted on an outstanding warrant during a routine stop. A search of her vehicle uncovered 10 bags of heroine and other drug paraphernalia.
Dowd is facing multiple drug charges and is awaiting arraignment in the Erie County Holding Center.
