A decision by a Chautauqua County jury will keep a sexual predator in confinement. Nushawn Williams has served a 12-year sentence for infecting numerous girls, including a 13-year-old, with a virus connected with AIDS during the 1990's. Under provisions of the state's Mental Hygiene Law, the jury determined that Williams is still a risk for engaging in reckless and dangerous sexual encounters. The length of the confinement is yet to be determined.

The 36-year-old Williams, completed his sentence in 2010 and has been imprisoned since due to his predatory propensities.
