A major upgrade has been made to a facility serving residents in Buffalo's Riverside and Black Rock Districts.
The Neighborhood Health Center on Lawn Avenue has been updated. As WBFO's Eileen Buckley reports, the renovated facility improves access to healthcare for city residents and those living in poverty.
