Voters in the City of Buffalo head to the polls Tuesday to elect representatives to the Board of Education.
Thirteen candidates are running for six open seats on the School Board, including three write-in candidates.
Registered voters can cast their ballots at their regular polling place. Turnout for school board elections is traditionally low, but officials say the number of candidates this year may boost participation. Polls are open until 9:00 p.m.
A list of candidates and a school district map are available at theErie County Board of Elections website.
