Jim Fink of Business First agrees with last week's announcement by state officials to develop the mostly-vacant Rainbow Mall in downtown Niagara Falls.
"It's about time," Fink said during WBFO's Press Pass.
Fink also gave some perspective on the growing number of candidates working to challenge Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown in the November election; and he provides some of the impressive numbers related to the Harbor Center, the multi-million dollar construction project underway on Buffalo's Webster Block.
