A portion of Niagara Falls Boulevard in the Town of Tonawanda was closed for several hours Friday as authorities sorted through the details of a pair of overnight crashes.
Following a two-vehicle accident, the two motorists were reportedly exchanging information when a third vehicle crashed into the scene.
Matthew Miller of North Tonawanda left the scene, but was later arrested on multiple charges, including DWI.
One person suffered serious injuries.
Niagara Falls Boulevard was closed beween Willow Ridge Drive and Faragut Avenue for nearly eight hours, but all lanes were re-opened around 6:30 a.m. Friday.
