Federal authorities have apprehended Cara Dickey, the former South Buffalo Charter School teacher who had served jail time after pleading guilty to rape charges for having sex with her 14-year-old male student. Dickey was wanted for violating the terms of her parole, including the removal of a state-issued security ankle bracelet.
Dickey was found in a Chicago-area motel room along with another woman, 25-year-old Candice Brighon, who was also wanted on a parole violation.
