Video evidence, filmed by a patient, has led to the arrest of a local doctor on charges of sexual abuse.
Dr. Dharam Paul Garg, a 62-year-old Clarence physician, has admitted to sexual relations with a female patient that had been ongoing for a two year period. Garg was arraigned Friday on a felony charge of a criminal sexual act one count of sexual abuse, a misdemeanor.
The doctor was offered bail and is due in court later this month.
