Planners for the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus are now looking to incorporate a large portion of the Trico Building situated at Ellicott and Goodell Streets.
According to The Buffalo News, the move would utilize 270,000 square feet of the existing building and reverse an earlier plan to tear down most of the iconic structure.
The plan must be approved by the Buffalo Preservation Board.
