Justice turns down parole, again

A Kenmore native, serving time for multiple murders, has refused to accept parole.

As a teenager in 1985, John Justice killed his parents, his brother and a neighbor. He has been serving prison time on a pair of murder counts, but was relieved of two other counts for reasons of insanity. This is the second time Justice has refused parole.

John Nuchereno, his former attorney believes Justice is looking to serve out his term and to be released in 2015 without facing the restrictions of parole.
