The Erie County District Attorney's Office will investigate the arrest of a Buffalo man Sunday evening.

The arrest was recorded and posted on Facebook by the Buffalo Police Advisory Board.

One of two Buffalo police officers making the arrest of Quentin Suttles, 30, is seen punching him in the head during a struggle on the ground by a car on Madison Street. Suttles faces multiple charges in the incident.

The officers are identified as Ronald J. Ammerman and Michael C. Scheu.

Police Commissioner Byron Lockwood requested District Attorney John Flynn's office to look into the matter, a move supported by Mayor Byron Brown. The Buffalo Police Internal Affairs Unit is also investigating.

Mark Wozniak, WBFO's local All Things Considered host, has been at WBFO since mid-1978.
