A Buffalo Police officer has had three police brutality counts against him decided by a federal court jury, but those verdicts are not being released at this time until a final charge is decided.
The jury is deadlocked on a fourth count against Officer Corey Krug and U.S. District Judge Richard Arcara wants the jury to continue its deliberations. He will issue a new charge to the 11 remaining jurors in the case Tuesday morning.
Krug is accused of using excessive force in three separate incidents in 2010, 2011 and on Thanksgiving Day in 2014. He faces three counts of deprivation of civil rights and one count of falsifying a report.
Attorneys from both sides also have had no comment on the situation yet.
