A Buffalo man has been sentenced after admitting he burglarized dorm rooms at the University at Buffalo.
Darnell Cleveland, 21, was sentenced Tuesday in Erie County Court to three-and-a-half years in prison, plus two-and-a-half years of post-release supervision. He pleaded guilty to charges of burglary, forgery, identity theft and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Cleveland took car keys and wallets from the dorm rooms between July and September of last year and used vehicles and credit cards to purchase items for himself.
