Buffalo Police have identified the victim of Wednesday's fatal shooting on Hertel Avenue. Kevin Hogue, 36, of Cheektowaga was found dead inside of Diva Style Shoes and Accessories at 1809 Hertel at 4:50 p.m. Police say it appears Hogue, who was the proprietor of the business, was targeted.
Homicide detectives are investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call or text the city's Confidential TIPCALL line at 847-2255.
