A former Shea's Performing Arts Center employee has pleaded guilty to stealing from the theatre.
30-year-old Kathryn M. Foster of Colvin Boulevard in Tonawanda pleaded guilty Friday before Supreme Court Justice Russell Buscaglia to grand larceny in the third degree.
While working as a group sales manager for Shea's, Foster admitted that she "refunded" $12,094.64 to her personal credit card account. It happened between June 30, 2005 and June 30, 2011.
Foster faces a maximum prison term of seven years. She will be sentenced January 12.
