WBFO News intern Steven Jagord had a chance to look inside Buffalo’s industrial past Friday.
As part of the National Preservation Conference, which closes Saturday in Buffalo, attendees toured the former grain elevators that line the Buffalo River.
The University at Buffalo’s School of Architecture and Planning hosted the tour of the grain elevators that stand 120-feet high.
UB’s dean of the School of Architecture and Planning, Robert Shibley, announced Friday that the department is planning to offer a continuing education program in the spring of 2012 in preservation and sustainability.
