Buffalo, NY – Three organizations were used by former Buffalo Common Council member Brian Davis as "pass through agencies" allowing him to obtained discretionary funding for himself.

That is according to the federal indictment against Davis. Back to Basics, Pratt Willard and the Community Action Organization were utilized by Davis while he served as Ellicott District lawmaker.

U.S. Attorney William Hochul stressed that none of these agencies is accused of any wrongdoing.

WBFO'S Eileen Buckley spoke with the leader of the Community Action Organization, Nathan Hare, says they were unaware of the alleged process Davis is accused of conducting.
