Buffalo, NY – U.S. Attorney William Hochul, announced arraignment yesterday of a 63 year old New York City man charged with making a bomb threat to Carl Paladino last year.

Miles Fisher is accused of placing a call to the "Paladino for the People" campaign headquarters in the Ellicott Square Building in Buffalo last April with the threat. The call was reported to 911.

Over 700 people were evacuated from the building.
