Buffalo, NY – Historic cobblestone streets were officially opened yesterday along Buffalo's Inner Harbor.

A ribbon cutting was held to mark the completion. The historic cobblestone streets run along the Canal Side project. Work included reconstruction of Lloyd, Prime, Perry and Hanover Streets.

Mayor Brown noted that the project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. Three-point-eight million dollars in deferal funding were used for the project.
