Offensive Lineman Gabe Ikard claimed by Buffalo Bills

Buffalo Bills

On Saturday, the Buffalo Bills took home offensive lineman Gabe Ikard off waivers from the Tennessee Titans.

The 25-year-old Oklahoma native entered the NFL in 2014 as an undrafted free agent of the Titans.  Ikard had just been released as part of their cuts.

The Bills also made cuts to get under the league mandated 53-player limit. Most noteworthy among those moves was the release of quarterback Matt Cassel.

On Sunday the Bills announced the re-joining of WR Dezmin Lewis,  G Cyril Richardson and RB Cierre Wood as members of the Practice Squad after being released on September 4th.  LB Kevin Reddick re-joins after being released on September 5th.

The Bills also announced that the team waived WR Austin Willis from the Reserve/Injured list.

The Bills have now filled 52 of the 53 spots on the team roster. The team can choose to fill the last spot or leave it open for  Marcell Dareus.
