There's nothing like life's little luxuries. The April issue of Buffalo Spree, which arrives in subscribers mail boxes this week, explores such luxuries as listening to a vinyl record or enjoying a home-cooked meal without having to cook it. In this week's Press Pass with WBFO's Mark Scott, Spree editor Elizabeth Licata says these luxuries are all affordable.
Also in this podcast, Elizabeth introduces us to Brad Wales, an architect professor at the University at Buffalo. He designs renovations for owners of small homes who are looking for an open plan with plenty of natural light.
Mark and Elizabeth share their recent experiences of touring two new exhibits at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, "We the People" and "Humble and Human."
And Elizabeth talks about the upcoming Polish-American celebration of Dyngus Day, the day after Easter.
