CSEA's Danny Donohue appeared on NY Now with Karen DeWitt.

A major figure in New York’s labor movement, Danny Donohue, is leaving his job next year, after a quarter century leading the state’s largest public workers union, the Civil Service Employees Association. Karen DeWitt sat down with Donohue to talk about, among other things, his relationship with several New York governors, including the rocky start the union had with the current governor, Andrew Cuomo.

Karen DeWitt is Capitol Bureau Chief for New York State Public Radio, a network of 10 public radio stations in New York State. WBFO listeners are accustomed to hearing DeWitt’s insightful coverage throughout the day, including expanded reports on Morning Edition.
