On Tuesday, the Associated Press reported that the Buffalo Bills have proposed a new stadium plan that includes 60,000 seats, 60 suites, and while it does not come with a roof the new stadium would be designed to provide protection from the elements for most seats.
The reported cost of the new plan is $1.4 billion, a decrease from the reported original $1.6 billion proposal.
