Office of Gov. Andrew Cuomo
Gov. Andrew Cuomo holds a press briefing Aug. 2.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo will hold a briefing at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday to "address the people of New York," according to his office. Cuomo is facing possible impeachment from the state Assembly following last week's state attorney general report that found he violated multiple state and federal laws by sexually harassing 11 women, and in one case, sexually assaulting a woman.
