Buffalo City Hall will once again be open to the public on a walk-in basis starting Monday.
In a release, Mayor Byron Brown noted that appointments will no longer be needed in many city departments. He added that masks are being recommended for all visitors and are required for those who are unvaccinated against COVID-19.
Online services, which have been available all throughout the pandemic, will continue to be offered.
The City Hall lobby and the inside of the observation deck atop the building will also be reopened for visitors and tourists, although the outer observation walkway is closed due to damage from a recent storm.
