Buffalo-based mental health advocate Karl Shallowhorn has launched a new podcast dedicated to discussing the relationship music has with mental health. He spoke with his first guest, his daughter Sarah Shallowhorn, to kick off season one of ‘Mental Health Verses’.

You can listen to the full episode on Spotify under the show name 'Mental Health Verses.'

The show debuted on April 12 and currently airs new episodes every Monday.

Each podcast will feature three songs from each guest, including a focus on what 'COVID song' helped during the pandemic.
