A Cattaraugus County woman died in a head-on collision Monday night.
New York State Police said Elizabeth Cousins, 39, of Delevan was pronounced dead at the scene, after her vehicle collided with another on State Route 16 in the Town of Yorkshire just after 6:30 p.m.
Troopers said the driver of the other vehicle was Michael Neville, 26, of Machias. He was taken to Erie County Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
