A Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert has been issued for a Rochester man. Hassani Sowa is 73-year-old black male who was last seen at 5 o'clock this morning on St. Paul Street in Rochester. He is described as being of average height and weight. No description of this clothing is currently available. He is believed to be traveling on foot and could be disoriented and might be in need of medical attention.
