A suspect in an early morning armed robbery in Niagara Falls has been arrested. Niagara County Sheriff's Deputies identified 20-year-old Brandan Kruszka walking on Porter Road in the midnight hour. He was found in possession of a loaded rifle and a bag of cash. Authorities responded to reports of a robbery at an A-Plus Sunoco store on Packard Road, and Kruszka matched the description of the bandit offered by an employee.
He is charged with first degree robbery and is being held in lieu of bail at the Niagara County jail.
