Former Erie County District Attorney Frank Clark has died.Clark was 74 years old. He had been battling a long term illness. Clark was the second longest serving District Attorney in Erie County, holding the office for three terms, from 1997 - 2008. He was a native of Brooklyn and saw combat action in Vietnam as a member of the Marine Corps.
In a statement released by the DA's office, Clark's dedication to upholding the law is recognized, "leaving an indelible impression on those he worked with and the public he served."
