Three people were sent to hospitals after a car accident late Saturday night.
The accident happened around 10 p.m. on route 77 near Darien Lake in the Town of Corfu. Two vehicles collided head-on. One woman was trapped in her car for about 30 minutes with chest injuries. After being freed by first responders she was taken to Erie County Medical Center by Mercy flight. Two people in the other vehicle were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.
Each of them are expected to survive.
