An East Amherst man is charged with DWI after a Saturday night accident.
Police say 47-year-old C.M. Kacalski was the driver of a 2016 Chevrolet that struck a 2005 Toyota on the passenger side. The accident occurred at the intersection of Transit Road and Casey Road in Amherst at 9:33 p.m. Three people were sent to ECMC. Two had serious injuries.
