A ride at the Lancaster Fourth of July carnival was closed Saturday night after riders were stuck up in the air for about an hour.
Authorities are blaming a computer glitch for the problem aboard the "Skyflyers" ride. The riders were returned to the ground without incident.
The ride will remain closed for the rest of the holiday weekend.
Midway Rides of Utica is the operator of the Lancaster carnival rides.
