The identities of the two men who were shot -- one fatally -- at the Anchor Bar Friday night have been released.
Police spokesman Michael DeGeorge says the man who died in the shooting was 32-year-old Freddie Dizon of Buffalo. Thirty-six-year-old Ray Hogue, also of Buffalo, was wounded. He was treated and released at the Erie County Medical Center.
DeGeorge says homicide detectives continue to investigate the shooting inside the kitchen of the downtown landmark. The shooter remains at large.
The Anchor Bar was scheduled to re-open Sunday at 12noon. It's been closed since the Friday night shooting.
