The One Seneca Tower in Buffalo could soon be transformed into a mixed use complex. Harvey Kaylie, a downstate investor, has agreed in contract to pay an estimated $27 million for the 38-story structure and the adjoining Washington Street parking ramp. The Buffalo News reports that plans are for a variety of eateries, lofts, shops, offices and possible hotel space.
The repurposing is expected to cost $100 million.
Kaylie previously made a failed bid on the building at a foreclosure auction.
