Accusations of underage drinking at the home of State Senator Marc Panepinto have drawn the attention of acting Erie County District Attorney Michael Flaherty. Several sources report that parents of City Honors students have been expressing concern over this issue for a period of time. Panepinto has cited personal and business reasons for not seeking a second term.
A spokesperson for Flaherty states that the DA will investigate the allegations of minors consuming alcohol at the Panepinto home.
